The coffee was fine but not worth the wait. I always get a simple black cold brew. Only two other people in the shop, and it took 15 minutes. They also gave it to me without a lid which was an odd decision as it was a to-go order. Not terrible but definitely not great.

I’ve been here a few times and was never impressed but this takes the cake. I ordered an iced espresso and was served a cup with only a small amount of espresso and very little ice. I politely asked for a cup of ice water so I could dilute it myself. I was told they were running low on ice and was encouraged to buy a bottle of water instead. I was then handed a cup of water at room temperature. What stood out most was the poor customer service along with a poor product. The shop wasn’t particularly busy, yet the staff came across as unfriendly and dismissive. On top of that, the coffee is expensive for what you receive. The cups are small, the quality doesn’t stand out enough to justify the price, and the overall experience wasn’t worth it. I’ve consistently had much better experiences at Southie Coffee on Missouri Ave for years, where the staff has always been friendly and the coffee is worth the price. They make you feel like you’re a welcome wanted customer.

Overall my first time there wasn't a great experience. When I got there, it wasn't busy, there was one order ahead of mine and it still took 15 min to get my iced latte because the barista crew were talking about other customers the whole time. My latte was disappointing because it tasted just like a a cup of iced oatmilk the oatmilk was good but ultimately I did not taste any coffee. For comparison I went back and ordered the same thing, and it was made perfectly that times. Atmosphere was dull, it's in a sterile office building, in Scientology town but the park and library are right down the block so a great place to stop and go.

Absolutely the best strawberry matcha latte I’ve ever had! The coffee is excellent too. The shop is adorable, with a warm and friendly atmosphere right in downtown Clearwater.

I’m visiting from Tokyo and heard this café had a great reputation, so I decided to stop by. And wow, I get it now! The café is tucked under the lobby, and the people here are incredibly kind and welcoming—it instantly put me in a good mood. I especially noticed three staff members working together with such great energy, which made the atmosphere even warmer. This calm and cozy space made me think, “I’d love to come back again.” It truly added color to my trip and gave me such a wonderful moment. Thank you so much! This time I ordered a café latte, which was about ¥900—roughly $6 including tax in the US. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
